Jean Francois Mouton

Jean-François Mouton has a degree in environmental studies, a master’s degree in biology and over 25 years’ experience in the environmental field. In 2021, he obtained his Envision ENV SP. specialist accreditation from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. He has many years of experience as a project manager, with mandates in contaminated environment management (ESA phases I, II and III), environmental impact studies, natural environment inventories (wetlands, forests, wildlife habitats), waste management, environmental specifications, environmental monitoring and authorization applications to provincial and federal environmental authorities.
