GENERAL LOGIN QUESTIONS

  • If the email entered is connected to your existing profile, you will be prompted to set your new password.
  • If we do not have the email on file in our new system but you are not new to IAIA, please try an alternative e-mail. Otherwise, you will be prompted to create a new account.

MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS
Access corporate membership options here. If you already have an individual account with IAIA, you might need IAIA staff to reset that account to purchase a corporate membership online – contact us here.
The "Member Since" date is reflective of how long you have held a continuous IAIA membership. It automatically resets if your membership has lapsed for more than 60 days.  

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS
Registration is required before invitation letters can be issued. The link to download your personalized invitation letter is included in your event registration confirmation e-mail. 
Be sure to login to your existing account (or create a new account) before registering. The system will automatically recognize your membership status and unlock the rates accordingly. 
Alert IAIA HQ before the posted registration deadlines! Conference registration fees can be refunded with a written request received by the posted registration deadline; a US$125 administrative fee will apply. After the posted registration deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no shows. However, substitutions may be made without financial penalty. Refunds are typically processed after the conference. The refunded amount may differ from the original payment amount depending on exchange rate fluctuations.  
If you have already registered for IAIA24 and now wish to add a banquet ticket, training course, technical visit, or workshop, please contact us here with the details. We will add it for you and issue you an invoice for payment.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS
"Pay via Invoice" is an option during the checkout process -- just choose that option and an invoice will be automatically sent to you.
Yes, we accept wire transfers if necessary. Any wire fees must be paid by the sender (so be sure to check with your bank and add the extra fees as necessary). Select "Pay by invoice" during checkout; full wire transfer instructions will be included on that invoice.
