Extensive experience addressing land and resource management and planning, water and energy, and societal and economic issues.
Extensive First Nations and public consultation and engagement in high profile projects, including over four years of work in Northern BC working on the Technip Consortia PNW and LNG Canada bids leading the First Nations and Public Consultation work.
Experience as a senior government Program Manager whose mandate covered 64,000 square kilometers (equivalent to 3/4 the area of Ireland) and served as government spokesperson, comptroller of the trust fund, management of all contracts awarded, liaison within BC Government and with Federal Government, communities and industrial sectors.
Experience working for international consulting firms, ENGOs and research organizations across mining and energy sectors.
Experience working with government officials and regulators and industry on high profile projects with multiple players and complex issues.
Experience as a commercial and corporate banker.
Experience as a Tribal Forestry Coordinator, Forestry Planner and General Manager of an Indigenous Trust and Joint Venture.
Multidisciplinary education and international work experience
Adjunct Professor at the Land and Water Program at the University of British Columbia and serve on their Professional Advisory Committee.
