Professional Bio
Dr. Hart holds two concurrent roles: Global Lead for Environmental Risk Management (ERM)/ Environmental and Social Framework (ESF), as well as Global Lead for Fragile and Conflict States (FCS), for the Environment Department at the World Bank. She led a team supporting Sudan in its sustainable land management national program, part of the Africa Great Green Wall initiative. She also led workshops on WBG's Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) in Accra, Asmara, Dakar, Mogadishu, Nairobi, Rabat, and Washington, DC.
