Urmila Thakur

I am a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) with over 20 years of experience in the field of environmental planning, assessment and management. I am passionate about the environment and have experience working in Sustainable Development, Environmental Impact Assessment, Strategic Environmental Assessment, Heritage and Green Infrastructure. I have a MBA in Environmental Management and a Doctorate (PhD) in Environmental Planning and Management. I am also currently the editor of the journal of Impact Assessment and Project Appraisal (IAPA) and act as the Director of Post Graduate Taught programmes in the School of Environmental Sciences, University of Liverpool.
